3-Day Workshop (in-person or virtual)

Class size: 8-15 participants

Class composition: To optimize consistency and allow transparent communication, we recommend single tier participation (e.g., all executive leadership, all first-line management, supervisors)

Overview: Many organizations are emerging from the pandemic remote work “trial period” feeling stronger. A shared purpose and common sense of mission united many workers and helped ease the transition into a completely remote work environment… but shifting into a permanently remote workplace is a different test of a company’s engagement, culture, and trust.

Our remote work readiness workshop assesses your team’s leadership stamina to support long-term remote work and helps you build the toolkit to identify the issues associated with distributed workplaces, mitigate them, and establish the infrastructure to avoid them in the future.

Ideal class composition: Corporate leadership team

Overview: Your values, beliefs, and behaviors shape the way in which your organization creates and shares its story, and your leadership team must establish a shared understanding and unify around clear, consistent, and focused messaging.

The Emerald One Strategic Messaging and Corporate Identity workshop is a rapid, outcomes-focused approach to building clarity and consistency. We emphasize real, focused work on your corporate identity and culture and creating a shared sense of advocacy and accountability among your leadership team to embody and activate the qualities of that identity. By working together to create accurate, cohesive messaging, your team will better manage change and avoid costly rework and inconsistency.

xRM: relationship management

3-Day Workshop (in-person or virtual)

Class size: 5-15 participants

Ideal class composition: Vertical participation from first-line management through executive leadership.

Overview: Your talented technical team delivers a sound solution on time and on budget, but the client rejects it. Misaligned expectations, or an inability to shape and manage expectations result in team members owning their clients’ responsibilities resulting in a disengaged client, sunk cost and resources, and damage to your company’s reputation.

Our Relationship Management (xRM) program helps your team create, manage, and strengthen trusted relationships through a focus on the client’s desired outcomes and culture. The xRM program strengthens the employee’s ability to listen, empathize, and communicate with clients while remaining focused on achieving target outcomes.
